Meditate; as meditation enhance the activity of the nervous system and stimulates the part of the brain that helps the pineal gland.


Sleep well as, time spends in complete darkness, stimulates a healthy activity in the gland and production of its associated hormones.

It produces melatonin, a hormone that affects the modulation of wake/sleep patterns and photoperiodic (seasonal) functions.

The pineal gland is known as the third eye of the human body, and if properly awaken or harnessed, it acts as a toran leading one to higher dimensions of consciousness, resulting in uplifting spirit, physical and mental health.

Research proves that meditation activates the pineal gland, it secretes melatonin which plays an essential role and affects circadian and seasonal cycles, anti-ageing, emotions, cognition, and energy.

The Pineal Gland is the powerhouse, with the highest concentration of energy in the body. In addition to its high concentrations of CSF and blood, the pineal gland is also the dominant source of the body’s melatonin. In terms of spiritual experience, melatonin quiets the body and mind, allowing access to higher consciousness.

It also significantly affects our mood, immune function, circadian rhythms, and the quality and quantity of our sleep. Melatonin is also called an anti-ageing and anti-stress agent because it suppresses cortisol and is also a powerful antioxidant.

The production of melatonin by the pineal gland is activated by darkness and inhibited by light. Once released, melatonin circulates through the brain via the CSF and enters nearby blood vessels for distribution to the rest of the body. When melatonin levels are disrupted, people can experience mood swings, depression, and seasonal disorders.
