Ever wonder why happiness is a most chased possession? 

Well, the truth is sometimes ignorance is the enemy. Happiness is an inside job, a joy one experiences when in a perfect amalgamation of heart and mind energy. 

Happiness is not something that you get on search or a gift that you receive not a destination you plan for, happiness is an inside job. You create it moment by moment to give it away and when you do, it becomes yours. 

The research of recent days implies the deepest significance of a human is our humanity. The capacity to care, when you care for others the sensory releases dopamine, the happiness chemical. The fact is, the basic human instinct is to be helpful to be useful albeit lost its meaning in the race and rush of life. 

What we have learnt and taught for centuries is to compete, to beat out others, to push back, to fight to catch up the trophies and power and position calling a successful life, with the motto “survival of the fittest”, only to forget what we are running and chasing for is happiness. 

People fear failures and not want to face though “Failure simply is the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently”, -Henry Ford. We can’t be winners all the time, failure is part of life and acceptance of it with a positive mindset build resilience. The fact is our mind is smart & it knows how to play & duck. It works as its own opponent, loves to stay in its comfort zone and does not bother with what implications it bring on the body and the soul.  

For the mind the comfort zone is prime. It loves to continue in the state of elevated emotions, whatever they are, happy or sad. Experiencing Ecstasy or the feeling of grief, any addictive habits, sadness, anxiety or fear, its state is its comfort zone.  

Amid the adversities, it appears that life is stagnant and moving forward seems difficult. Letting go, shaking off fears, impulsiveness all restlessness and anger, all are the way of Operandi for the mind. Even the trivial issues began to catch up with the nerves becoming mental health issues and the chip on the shoulders gains weight each day. All are the coping mechanism techniques of the mind to deny the change. 

Dopamine, a brain chemical, plays a role in motivation and reward-driven behaviours. Although dopamine alone does not directly cause depression, low levels of dopamine are associated with symptoms of mental health problems and depression. For a person suffering from a mental health issue, it takes effort to cancel out the negative bias and emotion.

To stop the effect of stimuli that triggers the mind to fall into automatic reactions that trip the circuit of sadness & symptoms associated with sad memories and experiences take effort for the person to move out of the comfort zone. The solution is to get the grip of your life and your thinking, your lifestyle endorsing all effort to look at the brighter side of life and all that work for better and not the worst ultimately you will gain control over the mind beaming to the positive side proposing healing and happiness. 

Yes, that is the good news. You can control your mind with little effort and practice. Mind is your best friend and the worst enemy, how you choose to transform, it becomes. Facing what’s serve, fighting all wars, aiming for victories pining down problems, notching sufferings, still being able to hold on to the joy and a positive mindset is an art. Creativity can’t skip Love, Truth, Peace, an attribute of life energy. The meaning that each ounce brings and embraces in its uniqueness emulates harmony love ‘n growth the element of healthy sustainable happy and successful life.

By experiencing trials and sufferings a soul is strengthened, kindness & gratitude coupled with grit & resilience are the keys to being persistent. Boost positive mindset, hopes and belief, inhale Love, exhale gratitude. It’s contagious, the creator of your positive environment. Be it, live it and you’ll find all profound, positive and serene flowing in.

Be determined to be on the brighter side. People will judge, no matter what. But their perception (or) your precepts marks the outcome. What weight on the scale higher impacts your vibes, your mind, your environment & so your life.  

Unleash the power of your mind, synchronise it with the nature of Nature, embrace the absolute, the pure the supreme the Infinite the unconditional love for self and for others and that’s the bounty of happiness. 

Your diet is not only what you eat. It’s also what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang around and what you think to act upon being mindful of your Mind Body Soul. 

Love & Kindness are the strongest force, an unending gush of light the synonym of positive vibes. It’s not about impressions but impact. The rationale is a fractal that we create. Life is a drawing board and the colour are the scheme, how you fill in is the art of living. Create love, Life Joy surrenders yourself in the service of others, and that is when you’ll find your joy rising to the rhythm of the universe, that donning your dreams.
